Do you guys provide the tree or do I supply it?

The Tree Sleighers can totally use any existing tree. For an additional fee, we can provide the tree that will best support your install.

Do you guys use my ornaments and decor?

If you have decor of your own- during the consultation we will assess what’s provided and suggest any other decor elements needed to achieve the maximum desired effect.

If you’re starting from scratch- during the consultation we will discuss your decor budget and will work within that budget to supply ornaments and other decor elements to achieve the maximum desired effect.

Is the decor included in the install rate?

The install rate and the decor budget are totally separate. The install rate is The Tree Sleighers rate based on our time and expertise to support the service being provided. The decor budget is the amount you desire to go strictly towards ornaments and any other decor elements.

Do you guys offer take down service?

Yes! For an additional fee, takedown service is available.

Do you guys travel?

Yes! Travel fees apply to any jobs outside of the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area and are available on a case by case basis.
